Delivery and Returns

Free Delivery

Our standard delivery in the UK is free.

We send all deliveries via Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Service to the address provided by you. All items must be signed for upon delivery.

All deliveries for products in stock will take between 2 – 3 days

If our carrier is unable to deliver your order, it will be returned to Frida Josef and you will be charged for the cost of re-delivery.

International Delivery

International shipping is charged according to the destination of the parcel.

Within Europe delivery will be £5 per item, more for multiple items, with International Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Delivery charges will be shown in the Checkout process, prior to you confirming your order.

Please allow 5 – 10 working days for delivery.

All deliveries must be signed for.

You will be responsible for the payment of any local import duties on receipt of your parcel outside of Europe.

Shortage and Non-Delivery

It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from the delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note or notified to Frida Josef within 7 days. In the event of goods being lost or damaged in transit, please inform us promptly and we will resend the items at no additional cost to you.

Returning Your Item(s) for a Refund

  • Please return for a refund within 14 days after you receive your order
  • Goods must not have been worn, altered, washed, have marks or perfume smells etc.
  • Goods must be returned in the original packaging, with all original tags attached
  • Please complete the returns form sent with the order, stating the reason for the return.

* PLEASE NOTE*  Goods returned that do not meet with the above returns criteria will NOT be accepted for a refund and will be returned to you.

Returning Your Item(s) for an Exchange

  • Please return for an exchange within 14 days after you receive your order
  • Goods must not have been worn, altered, washed, have marks or perfume smells etc.
  • Goods must be returned in the original packaging, with all original tags attached
  • Please complete the returns form sent with the order, stating the reason for the exchange and stating the exchange you require, including size and colour choice if applicable.
  • *PLEASE NOTE* Goods returned that do not meet with the above returns criteria will NOT be accepted for an exchange and will be returned to you.
  • ALL REFUND / EXCHANGE REQUEST ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED USING A ‘SIGNED FOR’ SERVICE FOR YOUR OWN PEACE OF MIND. REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES CANNOT BE ACTIONED UNLESS THE GOOD(S) HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BACK TO US, AND WILL BE CHARGED FOR.
